When you request a free water test, request a quote, or otherwise contact us — including through a Facebook or Instagram lead ad form — we may collect:

We do not collect payment card information, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal information through our ads or lead forms.

3. Information Collected Through Facebook / Meta

When you submit a lead form through Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the information you entered into that form with us. This transfer and our use of that information is also governed by Meta’s own Data Policy. We use this information solely to follow up with you about the water treatment services you inquired about.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program & Consent

Consent. By providing your phone number and opting in through our website forms, chat widget, lead ads, or by texting us, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Top Tier Water Co regarding appointment scheduling, water test confirmations, service updates, quotes, and promotional offers.

No sharing of mobile opt-in data. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, or text-messaging consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as needed to deliver the messaging service itself (for example, our messaging platform provider) or as required by law.
