3. Free Water Test, Quotes & Estimates
- Our in-home water test is provided free and with no obligation to purchase.
- Quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change based on your home’s actual conditions, water test results, and product selection.
- A quote does not constitute a binding contract until confirmed in writing by both parties.
4. Promotions & Pricing
- Promotional pricing (including any “40% off,” “Summer Special,” or bundle pricing) is limited, time-sensitive, and subject to availability, including any stated limit on the number of installations.
- Prices, discounts, and promotional terms may change or end at any time without notice, except as required by law.
- Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include applicable taxes, permits, or charges for non-standard installation conditions.
- Promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
5. Guarantees & Warranties
Any guarantees we offer — such as a performance guarantee, satisfaction assurance, or parts-and-labor warranty — are provided on the specific terms described in your written quote or agreement at the time of sale, and are subject to their stated conditions and duration.
